We host special events in our elegant, spacious, bright, air-conditioned and fully equipped banquet hall, which seats 130 for our guests. The banquet hall and kitchen will soon be expanded, giving us the ability to host events for over 200 people.

The range of events we can cater for is huge, and these include weddings and receptions, corporate training and business meetings, christenings, communions, birthdays and anniversaries, school balls (proms, proms, team building events), as well as family dinners and funerals

Luxurious interior and fully equipped

The decor for special events at Aparthotel Walcz always meets the expectations of guests. We take care of the cleanliness of the facility, the setting of the tables, the appropriate lighting and even the smell in the banquet hall. We invite guests to rectangular or round banquet tables, covered with pristine white tablecloths, napkins, decorated with fresh flowers and candles.

Our banquet hall is beautifully lit with energy-saving LEDs, "tube" ceiling lights and white ball-shaped lights. Gold wall sconces on the walls also add to the atmosphere. We take care of the technical facilities, offering professional sound equipment or the possibility to use a projector (e.g. for weddings or anniversaries to show videos). In addition to providing professional audio-visual equipment, we also offer additional lighting to emphasise the atmosphere and mood of the event.

The banquet hall has two entrances - the main one and the side one. During the day, it is sunny, and in the evenings guests can count on discretion thanks to blinds on the windows or curtains, with which spaces in the banquet hall can be separated. A cloakroom is also available for guests.

Extensive menu tailored to guests' needs

We know that the most important part of any special event is a delicious meal. We use the highest quality products, including regional produce, to prepare delicious dishes, taking into account guests' individual preferences. We source fish, meat, vegetables and other ingredients from local producers. Our motto is freshness, taste and cooperation with local producers.

Our chef is able to prepare menus to suit all kinds of dietary needs, e.g. allergies, and include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and spice-free days, among others. We are also introducing sushi to our menu, which is a major highlight for us.

The current menus on offer start from PLN 179.00 to PLN 279.00 per plate. Each menu proposal includes soup, hot dish, salads and cold dishes. In addition, our catering offer includes a package of non-alcoholic beverages - juices, mineral water, coffee and a selection of teas. We are open to every individual customer suggestion and special requests.

What encourages guests to hold their special events at our property is, above all, the possibility of accommodation in beautiful suites. More than 80 beds are available at the Aparthotel. As part of one of our wedding offers, honeymooners can take advantage of the exclusive Golden Suite.

The hotel offer for banquet hall guests is prepared individually on very attractive terms. We base ourselves on the competitive prices of the Wallachian market, while guaranteeing high quality - class, atmosphere and coordination at a very high level.

Despite the fact that we are a short-lived hotel property, we already form a very close-knit, professional and dynamic team that is not afraid of any challenge. It consists of:

  • Ms Manager of the hotel part,
  • Ms Manager marketing and special events,
  • Chef in charge of the entire catering department and kitchen staff,
  • Reception Manager with a team of receptionists,
  • Floor Service Manager with a team of Maids.

 

We all carry out responsibilities and communicate in a way that enables the challenges and smooth running of the facility, as all departments are interconnected and complementary.
